Hello all Noob here. I currently have a 75 vespa rally in restoration. I seem to be having an electrical problem. Im not gettting power to the head light/horn and handbrake light. Anyone who can meybe help me or walk me the process of tracking down the short. Im gettting power to the tail light and rear brakes. I think its a ground somewhere .. help please
